MaxWell Challenge Realty Gains a New Partnership in Ownership! 

MaxWell Realty is happy to announce a new partner in the MaxWell Challenge Realty Owner’s Group! Carl Bretzlaff is a welcome addition to MaxWell! Carl has been a Real Estate Agent for 25 year and owned a large franchise office for 20 of those years, managing 120-145 agents with the brokerage.

Why did you come to MaxWell Realty?

"Relationships between Brokers/Manager and agents are the most important thing to me. I believe that agents do not want to be just a number and want to be appreciated and recognized no matter how great or small their successes are. I feel like MaxWell does a great job of forging relationships with their agents and this was a strong motivational factor for me to come here."

What are your goals for MaxWell Challenge?

“The main goals are to bring more agents into the brokerage and develop solid and trusting relationships with those agents. I also want to help bring MaxWell more into the public eye and make it a household name in Canada.”

How are things going so far?

"It’s still early but I’m enjoying my time here at MaxWell. Gary Zimmel and Bill Tarrabain have been great to work with and always available and our staff is fantastic!"

What do you like to do in your spare time?

"I work a LOT, but I really enjoy golfing and being active! I’d like to see myself having a bit more time for hobbies and extracurriculars in the future."
